Hello Peaceful People,

Lots of cool stuff going down. We are mentioned in Yoga Journal for November and Woman's Day (Nov. 11 issue) this month which is pretty cool. Check us out in both. We are recommending Twist Sponges.

I have been asked to speak at the LIVE World Summit 2008 in NYC which is really cool. I will join 50 other speakers from around the world to talk about corporate social responsibility and sustainability.

I also attended the most amazing yoga class over the weekend. It was Ravi Singh and Ana Brett kundalini yoga. i swear I had a kundalini awakening. I fasted all day and did the 3 hour class in the afternoon. Good day to fast and meditate after a night of eating tons of chocolate.

Boston Natural Products Expo

Hello Peaceful People,

I just got back from Boston. I attending Expo East, one of the nations largest natural products show for the trade. I saw lots of cool new stuff which I will be sharing with you shortly. Upon arrival I got my teeth whitened which was cool. My husband and kids also attended the show with me. It certainly is a challenge with the kids but also lots of fun! I also met a friend from CO OP America and we walked the show together. Look for more updates soon.

Sandy Speaks on forgetting her Reusable Grocery Bag

Hello Peaceful People,

Here is the situation. I honestly have been bad about bringing my reusable bag to the store. Let's say my husband and I are doing a big bi-weekly shop, we usually bring the bags. But let's say I stop at the health food store for a few items, I always forget my bag. Even at the mall...those big fancy retailers give you those fancy bags, and yes we love them, but honestly how long do you really keep them? Water Skiing and NYIGF

I will be taking a well deserved vacation this weekend and then attending the New York International Gift Fair next week. It is always exciting to see all new stuff, especially when the whole theme of the show is now green. I remember going and they had maybe 10 booths that pertained to green gifts etc. I told my husband I need to spend many many days there. There is so much eco friendly stuff. Plus being in NYC for 3 days is sooo fun! more from the show...
